If you've got a craving for something deliciously awesome, brace yourself. This ones gonna rock your world.

If you like potatoes, parmesan, or just food in general, make these. Stop reading this post and skip to the recipe. Seriously, these where some of the best fries I have ever eaten in my entire life. And you know what? They have about half the calories of the the deep fried offerings from some of the big names in fast food. I know, your mind is blown.

This one's so easy, you're not even getting a recipe for it! Or much of a blog post for that matter. I mean, there is only so much you can say about an egg on some asparagus, but I'll giver' a go.

I was digging through my deep freezer this morning, for no other reason than that I was bored, and I came across an old box of frozen edamame. I'm sure it must of been almost as old as I am because I really can't remember the last time buying, or eating for that matter, edamame. But, this was a great find as my fresh veggie reserves where getting low and I wasn't exactly thrilled about serving frozen corn with the lovely center-cut salmon fillets I had just picked up.
If you're a vegetarian, edamame is a great source of protein with nearly 12g per 1/2 cup(de-shelled). Add to all that protein, about 9 grams of dietary fibre, a respectable dosing of vitamins C and K, thiamin and 100% of your daily recommend intake of folate.

These wedges are a delicious and much healthier alternative to the typical deep fried french fry. High in vitamin A, C, fiber, antioxidants and anti-inflammatory nutrients, sweet potatoes are a great choice for a healthy side.
